We ship across the EU with temperature-controlled express couriers. Standard delivery: 2-5 business days after dispatch. Orders are shipped from Germany.

Because the product requires cold-chain handling, opened pens cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened, undamaged packages can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
