Refund Policy

This policy sets out the conditions of the Synedica 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, the documentation required to make a claim, and how claims are processed.

1. Scope of the guarantee

The guarantee applies to a customer's first order (one pack) and is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery. It is available once per customer, household and delivery address.

2. Required video documentation

Because the guarantee is based on a measured change in body weight, the course must be documented on video. Four videos in total are required, one per week, without interruption of the course:

• Video 1 - day of delivery. The customer steps on the scale with the displayed weight clearly visible on screen, and in the same continuous video opens the sealed pack for the first time and performs the first injection.
• Videos 2, 3 and 4 - each following week. The customer steps on the scale with the displayed weight clearly visible, and then performs that week's injection.

Videos must be unedited, show the scale reading legibly, and cover four consecutive weeks. A course that is interrupted, or documentation that is incomplete, does not qualify.

3. Refund condition

If, after the complete four-week course documented as described above, the customer's body weight has not decreased relative to the first recorded weigh-in, Synedica refunds the full purchase price of the order.

4. How to submit a claim

Send the four videos together with the order number to [email protected]. Claims are reviewed within 14 days of receipt of the complete documentation. Approved refunds are returned to the payment card used for the order and are issued in the currency of the original charge.

5. Set realistic expectations

Results do not arrive overnight. Weight that took years to build up does not disappear in a few days, and anyone promising that is not being honest with you.
