Refund Policy

We stand behind our product with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you do not see meaningful results after using the full first-month protocol as directed, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

To request a refund, email support@synedica.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Opened pens cannot be returned for hygiene reasons but are still eligible for the results guarantee.
