Synedica ("we", "us") operates synedica-reta.com and reviews.synedica-reta.com. For any privacy matter, contact us at [email protected].

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

  • Order data: name, email, phone number, shipping address, date of birth, order contents.
  • Payment metadata: order amount, currency, payment method and status, transaction identifiers. We never see or store your full card details - card data is entered only on our payment provider's secure page.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information.
  • Analytics data (only with your consent via the cookie banner): usage events, session recordings, advertising identifiers.
  • Support communication: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Referral data: if you arrive via a partner link, the partner code is stored with your order.

3. WHY WE PROCESS IT (LEGAL BASES UNDER GDPR)

  • To process and deliver your order, send order confirmations and respond to support requests - performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Date of birth: age verification (18+) and payment verification required by our payment provider - contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b), (c)).
  • Accounting and tax record-keeping - legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Fraud prevention and securing our services - legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics and marketing measurement - your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

4. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

Only processors strictly necessary to fulfil your order or run our service, under data processing agreements:

  • Payment providers (order amount, contact and verification data needed to process your payment)
  • Shipping carriers (name, address, phone for delivery)
  • Email service (transactional emails)
  • Hosting and database infrastructure (EU-based)
  • Analytics providers (EU region; only with consent)

We do not sell your personal data. We never share your health information - we do not collect any.

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Data is stored on EU-based infrastructure. Where a processor is located outside the EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA

  • Order and payment records: as required by accounting law (typically up to 10 years).
  • Support correspondence: up to 2 years after resolution.
  • Analytics data: per provider settings, typically 12 months.
  • Abandoned checkout data: up to 12 months, then deleted.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any right, email [email protected] - we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (supervisory authority in your EU member state, or the ICO in the UK).

8. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Essential cookies are required for the site and checkout to function. Analytics and marketing tools (site analytics, session recording, advertising pixels) run only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can decline them without affecting your ability to order.

9. SECURITY

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored with access controls. Payment card data never touches our servers.

10. CHILDREN

Our products and services are strictly for adults 18+. We do not knowingly process data of minors.

11. CHANGES

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page with the date above.
